Official: Legacy signs arT

Legacy officially announced the signing of a new captain. The club’s official social media channels announced Andrei Felipe ” arT ” Piovesan Machado as the team’s new IGL.

arT’s signing followed a major roster change for Legacy, which had previously benched Lucas ” lux ” Meneghini. arT’s last tournament was the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 , where he played for Fluxo and finished Stage 1, placing 13th–16th.

Legacy was previously removed from the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 roster due to an invalid roster, and their slot in the tournament went to FUT Esports. Due to the rosters being pre-determined, the team was unable to register a new player for the event.

The first tournament for the updated Legacy roster will be ESL Pro League Season 23 Stage 1 , which will take place online from March 1–5, 2026, in Europe. Stage 1 will feature 16 teams competing for a $39,000 prize pool, with the top eight teams advancing to Stage 2.
